Two Sisters One Heart 2nd Annual 10K, 5K, & 1 Mile Fun Run!!!!!

BroadWay Palm Dinner Theater & Celebrity Fight Night

I can't explain how fabulous the April 4th Gala with Debbie Reynold, The Dutton Family, and so many others was! There were so many people there in support of the One Heart Umbrella Campaign and I would have cried many times over, except that everyone was so happy to be there! The entertainment was incredible, but for me, more importantly, was the spirit of the night and the outpouring of support, love and hope! It is difficult to comprehend that our two little girls have had impacted so many, and I look forward to the great blessings others will receive from showing love to Emma and Taylor.

The collage of umbrella pictures isn't even all of the umbrellas that were signed! But this gives you a pretty good idea how overwhelming it was to walk into the theater and having all of these umbrellas hanging everywhere in support of the OneHeartUmbrella Campaign---quite amazing!

There are several pictures with Gary Kimble, who was the main catalyst for all of this to come about, he is quite the miracle worker and our pleasure to have met him. Thank You Gary!

And PS---Anyone considering going to catch a show at Broadway Palm....DO IT! We took the big kids to see Singin' In The Rain and we loved it! The meal was fabulous, the cast was incredible and we had a great night out with the family! I really want to check out their Murder Mystery Dinner Theater!!!

Everyone Has a Heart

A song titled, "Everyone Has a Heart" was composed by a local composer from here in Arizona. He composed the song and dedicated it to Emma and Taylor. We were touched by his thoughtfulness and it can be heard on his site at:http://everyonehasaheart.com/index.php. It is also available for purchase for $1.00, proceeds going toward the Two Sisters One Heart Foundation.

One Heart Umbrella Campaign

The Broadway Palm Dinner Theater (http://www.broadwaypalmwest.com/) is graciously hosting an incredible fundraising event for the Two Sisters One Heart Foundation. This local theater is coordinating their performances of Singin' In The Rain and the One Heart Umbrella Campaign in support of the Two Sisters One Heart Foundation. The One Heart Umbrella Campaign was created to depict the outpouring of love and support for Emma and Taylor and their role in the creation of the Two Sisters One Heart Foundation. The supporting quote couldn't be more perfect...."Raining love in the desert"! What an incredible effort this has been, and has full support from celebrities in Hollywood and Broadway!

Debbie Reynolds, from the original movie performance of "Singin' In The Rain" will be appearing at a Gala Event on April 4th at the Broadway Palm Desert Theater. I cannot wait to meet her!! Umbrellas are being signed and decorated by celebrities in Hollywood and actors from Broadway. The umbrellas will be on display at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater (Mesa) from late March thru the beginning of April, then auctioned on e-bay at a Gala Event. There is a long and exciting list of supporters for this event and you will not want to miss this! We're waiting to pull together some pictures from the day--it was really incredible. But I wanted to post these two since I have them and it was part of the highlight of the day. At the end of the finish line, we had permission from friends whose conjoined twins have passed. It was our way of thanking these families for their support and well wishes, and to honor their children that have made such an impact on so many. Marjorie Infiesto, the mother of Jori & Josalynn, lives in Mesa and was able to come down to the event. This was the first time we've met, and it was such an honor and a great moment.

Girl Scouts Troop 42487!!!

This amazing bunch of girls up in Washington, offered to have a fundraising project for Emma and Taylor. These girls made crafts and sold them in the freezing cold SNOW at a grocery store!! We were able to meet them on our last trip home, they are a great group of girls, and I will be buying girl scout cookies for the rest of my life to say "thanks" to this special group of girl scouts!
